Notes on our advertising material

Having supplied advertising material to our members, there are a couple of guidelines that we need to put in place. This is not just to cover us, but also so as to maintain a positive reflection on the website. With this in mind, please follow these guidelines if you plan to use our advertising material.

How to use it

Our larger format flyers are designed to be printed for large scale events:

• Motorshows such as Autosalon
• Cruises (Fordlaser.com and otherwise)
• Car meets
• Other event-based gatherings

Please don't use these flyers at any event that may involve illegal activity. It will come back to the site in the end and may land us (and you guys) in a lot of trouble.

Our smaller format flyers and cards are designed to be used at small scale events and privately:

• Car meets/cruises
• Private distribution
• Distribution to friends or to businesses*

Distributions and annoyances

There is nothing more annoying than coming back and finding your car covered in advertising material. With this in mind, please exercise some judgement as to advertising. Fordlaser.com disclaims all liability and all responsibility for its material as distributed by its memberbase.

Keep Australia beautiful: don't litter! If you choose to place a card under someone's windscreen wiper, please make sure it is secured (once again, this is not the responsibility of Fordlaser.com in any way).

If you are here because you have found advertising on your car or otherwise and would like to make a complaint, please contact our complaints department as soon as possible. We take our advertising very seriously and all matters will be dealt with swiftly and professionally, with utmost attention to privacy.

*We would suggest that you do not mail our information to anyone unless asked too. It will be considered junk mail. Fordlaser.com is not responsible for any mailings made outside of its administrator and moderator group.

Be sensible

Most of this stuff is pretty obvious and is to keep Fordlaser.com out of trouble so that its members can continue to enjoy it.

Fordlaser.com hereby gives licence for its logo to be used in its advertising material. Logo must remain "as is" as downloaded from the Fordlaser.com website only. Do not alter, edit, tamper with or otherwise manipulate the logo. Any manipulations voids this licence.

	The long one! Full descriptive information for the potential member. A lot more easy to grab on the run, but if you've got a small attention span, don't bother! 2 advertisements to a page in PDF format.
	The Fordlaser.com Brochure in 1/4 A4 format. Perfect for stacking up and distributing at car shows. Go on, you know you want too. Download it in PDF. There's 4 advertisements on the one page. Print 'em out and slice them up!
	Just like a business card, except slightly smaller: if you've got a lot of distribution to do and not much space or ink to print with, these are for you. Just the website link, nothing more, but it does the trick. Perfect for slipping in an unsuspecting friend's pocket, although we don't condone the resulting sexual harassment charges. There's 10 of these little cards in one A4 PDF. Slice them up and hand them out.
